Taiwan's top envoy to the United States Shen Lyu-shun (沈呂巡) attended a plenary of the U.S.-led Global Coalition to Counter the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), a militant group also known as Islamic State (IS), held earlier this week in Washington, a source said.
