Taipei, Sept. 2 (CNA) Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense (MND) took issue Wednesday with remarks by former Vice President Lien Chan (連戰) that gave credit to Communist forces for resisting Japanese aggression during the Second Sino-Japanese War from 1937 to 1945.
