Legislative speaker calls for wisdom to help end stalemate

Legislative Speaker Wang Jin-pyng urged the ruling and opposition parties on Monday to use wisdom to find common ground amid differences over a controversial trade-in-services agreement after a meeting aimed at ending the standoff broke down.
