Taiwan's manufacturing sector recorded a historic sales value of NT$7.6 trillion (US$246.35 billion) in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2018 -- a surge over nine consecutive quarters, the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) reported Wednesday.
