Bank of Kaohsiung Chairman Lee Ruey-tsang (李瑞倉) has been appointed to head Taiwan's top financial regulatory body, the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC), the Executive Yuan spokesman Hsu Kuo-yung (徐國勇) announced Wednesday.
