Want Want's Tsai ranks as richest man in Taiwan

Tsai Eng-meng (蔡衍明), head of food conglomerate Want Want Group (旺旺集團), retained the title as the richest person in Taiwan, according to the list of the world's billionaires for 2016 released by Forbes magazine.
