Delegation heads to APEC energy meeting

Deputy Economic Affairs Minister Shen Jong-chin (沈榮津) and his delegation set off for the Philippines on Monday to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Energy Ministerial Meeting there.
