Inotera, Nanya shares up on Samsung leads

Shares of Inotera Memories Inc. and Nanya Technology Corp., two of Taiwan's leading DRAM suppliers, moved higher Thursday morning, outperforming the broader market, in the wake of media reports that rival Samsung Electronics Co. will not increase its memory chip production, dealers said.
