Top cross-strait negotiators to meet in China

The heads of the two main negotiating bodies of the Chinese mainland and Taiwan are scheduled to sit down together in Xi'an City later this month to talk about issues of great concern to Taiwanese businesses, a spokesman for Taiwan's Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) said Wednesday.
