Dodgers confirm signing Taiwanese pitcher Chin-hui Tsao

The Los Angeles Dodgers confirmed Tuesday that they have signed veteran Taiwanese pitcher Chin-hui Tsao, who was implicated in a game-fixing scandal in Taiwan five years ago, to a minor league contract.
