Taiwan's non-profit organization issues warning on pure-bred dogs

In celebration of Taiwan's Dog Day on Friday, the Environment and Animal Society of Taiwan (EAST) launched a campaign with local celebrities to educate the general public on the health issues faced by pure-bred dogs.
