Calm weather forecast for Mid-Autumn Festival holiday

A tropical weather system is developing in waters southeast of Taiwan but is not expected to affect the weather during the Mid-Autumn Festival long weekend, Central Weather Bureau (CWB) Director-General Cheng Ming-dean (鄭明典) said Wednesday.
