Migrant worker unable to claim NT$2mn lotto prize until new ARC issued

A migrant worker holding a winning number for a NT$2 million (US$66,854) prize in Taiwan's March-April receipt lottery will reportedly have to wait to claim the money until their new Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) is issued, as they recently changed jobs.
