Trapped bird causes minor traffic hiccup at Hsuehshan Tunnel

A traffic lane in the Hsuehshan Tunnel had to be temporarily closed Tuesday after a wild bird was found trapped in an emergency parking bay, according to the Pinglin Traffic Control Center.
