Temperatures drop in northern Taiwan

Temperatures in northern Taiwan will fall 6 degrees Celsius on Friday due to intensifying northeasterly winds, and an extremely heavy rain warning has been issued for Yilan County, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
