Section of Suhua Highway closed again

A section of the Suhua Highway linking Yilan and Hualien counties in eastern Taiwan was closed at 6 p.m. Monday, less than 12 hours after it was opened to traffic following the cleanup of fallen rocks caused by days of rain.
