Nuclear reactor resumes operations under AEC approval

The second reactor at Taiwan's Third Nuclear Power Plant, which shut down on Sunday after developing a problem with its cooling system, resumed operations Tuesday morning after getting the green light from the Atomic Energy Council (AEC).
