The water level in Shimen Reservoir, which supplies Taoyuan and Linkou, Banqiao and Xinzhuang districts in New Taipei, has fallen to 55 percent capacity, leaving open the possibility of water rationing to those areas, the Water Resources Agency (WRA) said Monday.
