KMT boycott prevents premier from delivering address at Legislature
Taipei, Feb. 17 (CNA) Premier Chen Chien-jen (陳建仁) was forced to postpone his address to the Legislative Yuan at the start of its new session Friday due to a boycott by the opposition Kuomintang (KMT) over the government's handling of a range of issues.
