Taiwan, Japan again fail to reach consensus in fishery talks

Taiwan and Japan have once again failed to reach consensus regarding amending the existing maritime zone agreed upon in a 2013 fisheries pact, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said Thursday.
