Taiwan to strengthen ties with U.S, Japan, regional partners: Tsai

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) said on Thursday that Taiwan will continue to deepen relations with the United States, Japan and regional partners as it works to promote "across-the-board" cooperation.
