President could meet Japanese prime minister's mother at concert

Yoko Abe, mother of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, is currently visiting Taiwan, and she and President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) may attend a performance of the NHK Symphony Orchestra together in Taipei on Friday.
