Ruling Kuomintang (KMT) presidential candidate Hung Hsiu-chu (洪秀柱) expressed regret Wednesday that the KMT will discuss a proposal to replace her, saying that a resolution made earlier that day to address the issue plunges the party into "another precarious situation."
