Yunlin magistrate promulgates ban on burning coal, petcoke

Yunlin Magistrate Lee Chin-yung (李進勇) on Wednesday promulgated regulations to ban the burning of coal and petroleum coke by factories that were passed by Yunlin County Council last month.
