Freeway toll operator told to gain trust of eTag users

Unwilling to be drawn into a war of words over Taiwan's glitch-plagued electronic freeway toll system, Transportation Minister Yeh Kuang-shih said Monday he hoped the system's operator could improve its services to earn the public's trust.
