Lifting Taiwan higher

Taiwan's ultramarathon runner Lo Wei-ming (羅維銘) holds aloft the Republic of China (Taiwan) national flag as he crosses the finish line in third place in the Self-Transcendence 3100 Mile Race, in New York on Thursday.
