Uni-President Group takeover of Carrefour Taiwan conditionally approved

The Fair Trade Commission (FTC) on Friday said it has approved a deal for the Taiwanese conglomerate Uni-President Group to take full ownership of hypermarket operator Carrefour Taiwan with several conditions attached.
