Taipei, Oct. 12 (CNA) The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) on Tuesday pitched its proposal to relocate a controversial liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal construction plan, just hours before an environmental impact assessment meeting was to look into its feasibility.
