MOEA plans higher water rates for heavy users in Taipei, Kaohsiung
Taipei, July 27 (CNA) The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA, 經濟部) is expected to pass a differentiated water-price system on Tuesday to raise water rates for families in Taipei with monthly water consumption exceeding 20 cubic meters starting next year.
