Micron's IC packaging, testing facility inaugurated in Taichung

U.S.-based dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) Micron Technology Inc. opened an IC packaging and testing plant in the Central Taiwan Science Park in Taichung on Friday as part of its plan to build a comprehensive production base in Taiwan.
