TransAsia Airways slammed for poor flight safety management

TransAsia Airways, which has had two crashes on domestic flights in the past 18 months, has neglected flight safety and fostered a culture of sloppy practices among its pilots operating ATR 72 planes, Taiwan's Aviation Safety Council (ASC) said Friday.
