Taiwan, Palau issue marine life-themed stamps

Taiwan and Palau have jointly issued a souvenir sheet of stamps featuring endangered marine species to highlight both environmental awareness and bilateral ties, postal officials from the two countries said at a launch ceremony Tuesday.
