Taiwanese artist's 'animal refugees' attend climate conference

A group of "animal refugees" are in Sweden to "attend" an ongoing climate conference by taking their place in the latest art installation by Taiwanese artist Vincent J.F. Huang (黃瑞芳) to highlight climate change.
