Police arrests suspects for defrauding Chinese in telecom scam

Nearly two dozen people have been arrested during a raid on the operational bases of a crime ring that was committing telecommunication fraud in northern Taiwan against people in China, the Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) said Thursday.
