Taiwan will be represented at Winter Olympics closing ceremony: official

Taiwan will have a presence at the closing ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics on Sunday, the Sports Administration announced Friday, after it said last week that all Taiwanese athletes may have left the city by then.
