Taiwanese javelin throwers, hurdlers fail to reach event finals

Three Taiwanese track and field athletes, including javelin thrower Cheng Chao-tsun (鄭兆村), fell short in their bids to reach the finals of their respective events at the Tokyo Olympics on Wednesday.
