Cycling events planned to coincide with Velo-city Taipei 2016

Taipei will hold a series of events as part of Velo-city Global 2016, a large international cycling conference, scheduled for Feb. 27-March 1 in Taipei, the city government's Department of Transportation said Tuesday.
