Taiwan's temperature rising faster than world average: CWA

Taiwan's average temperature rose 0.29 degrees Celsius in each of the three 10-year periods from the beginning of the 90s until 2020, which is higher than the global average increase of 0.21 degrees, according to the Central Weather Administration (CWA).
