Construction personnel in building collapse to be disciplined: Mayor

Architects and engineering personnel involved in a construction project that caused a neighboring residential building to partially collapse in Taipei last week will be subject to disciplinary action, city mayor Chiang Wan-an (蔣萬安) said Wednesday.
