Property developer, Taipei reach consensus on response to building collapse

Kee Tai Properties and the Taipei City government have reached an initial agreement to help people who were evacuated after work at one of the company's construction sites in the city's Dazhi neighborhood caused a neighboring building to partially collapse, a city official said on Sunday.
