Retired NTU professor indicted on fraud, forgery charges

Retired professor Huang Liang-hsiung (黃良雄) has been indicted on charges related to alleged fraud and forgery on several research projects during his tenure at National Taiwan University (NTU), the Taipei District Prosecutors Office said Monday.
