President presents Taiwan passport to Studio Classroom founder Doris Brougham

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) presented an ROC (Taiwan) passport to Doris Brougham, the founder of Studio Classroom, during a visit to the English language education institution on Tuesday, officially welcoming her as a Taiwan national.
