Tropical Storm Nalgae forms, likely to move northward toward Taiwan

A tropical depression in waters east of the Philippines developed Thursday morning into Tropical Storm Nalgae and is forecast to turn northward towards Taiwan, though its exact path remains uncertain, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Thursday.
