Imported 'Hello Kitty' flasks stopped at border after failing test

A shipment of Hello Kitty-themed plastic flasks imported from China was recently seized at Taiwan's border after it failed to pass a required evaporation residue test, Taiwan's Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said Tuesday.
