Extremely heavy rain advisories issued for 14 cities and counties

The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) on Saturday issued extremely heavy rain advisories for 14 cities and counties in central and southern Taiwan, as a system comprised of the former Tropical Storm Lupit made landfall in the country's northwest.
