Violators of mask rule to be fined without prior warning: CECC

Authorities can fine people for not wearing masks in public without giving a verbal warning beforehand, said Health Minister Chen Shih-chung (陳時中), who pledged Wednesday to rigidly enforce the rule under the current state of alert.
