Strict precautions for Czech delegation's visit to Legislature: CECC

Strict COVID-19 control measures will be in place when Czech Senate President Miloš Vystrčil delivers a speech at the Legislative Yuan on Sept. 1, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) said Wednesday.
