In apparent contradiction of earlier advice to wear face masks and the efficacy of such masks in preventing the spread of the deadly 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Taiwan's Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said Friday that healthy people do not need to wear face masks unless visiting hospitals.
