Taipei, Jan. 3 (CNA) The air quality in parts of central and southern Taiwan was generally rated "unhealthy" Wednesday because of a lack of wind to disperse atmospheric pollutants, according to the Environmental Protection Administration's Taiwan Air Quality Monitoring Network.
