Taipei, Dec. 7 (CNA) Hehuanshan (Hehuan Mountain), a popular mountain resort on the border of Nantou and Hualien counties in central Taiwan, will be subject to traffic restriction for 59 days, starting on Jan. 1, during the winter season, Taroko National Park Headquarters said on Wednesday.
